Returns

* Please inspect your product before installation to ensure that you have the correct part for your vehicle.  

* All returns must be pre-approved by us.  

* All items returned must be in "New" condition with no damage, with all accessories and manuals, etc. 

*Returns with missing accessories will incur an additional 20% re-stock fee. All packaging must be in the original state with the original box. 

* There will be no returns for refund after 30 days from the purchase date, after 30 days, we can only accept returns for exchange on warranty only. (consult the guarantee policies) 

* Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping fee unless authorized by the company. 

* Damaged products will not be accepted for refund.

Warranty

Products usually have a one-year warranty (consult) 1 YEAR Warranty from the date of customer purchased it.  

Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products. 

If your item has been damaged in transit (notify within the next 3 business days) or become faulty in the warranty period, please contact us (Customer Support: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday).  

If the damage is caused by the buyer, there will be no warranty.
